Who is Mindthriven?
Mindthriven is a start-up that provides a platform that analyses raw data and transforms it into valuable insights. Because many organizations fail to fully utilize vast amounts of data, Mindthriven's mission is to empower employees and organizations with the tools and knowledge they need to make data-driven decisions, ultimately driving success and growth. They try to change the way companies approach employee well-being and productivity, combining the power of AI with personalized interventions to tackle micro-stress and enhance workforce performance.
What is the project about?
The project aims to identify and implement the most effective communication strategies to make Mindthriven’s employees comfortable with sharing their data and actively engage in wellbeing interventions. To do this, you will need to answer three main questions: What are the most efficient ways to communicate with employees about sharing their data and participation in wellbeing interventions? How can you motivate employees to share their data voluntarily and comfortably? How can you encourage employees to actively participate in wellbeing interventions?
Through a comparative study, analyses of communication methods and interviewing Mindthriven's employees, you will develop an implementation plan for the recommended strategies. Furthermore, you will conduct an examination of motivation factors for data sharing and intervention participation. The final report should include not only a thorough analysis and strategic recommendations, but also practical guidelines for implementation, making it a valuable resource for future decisions and actions at Mindthriven.
