During the last workshop you will be able to put theory into practice. Through the elements of project scoping and planning we will now be able to solve a mini-case where you learn how to tackle business problems.
Breaking down consultancy
Your start at consulting! Our first workshop will focus on the different core domains of consultancy, namely strategic, management and operational consulting. During this workshop you will have the opportunity to learn more about consulting and about the differences between the 3 domains through theoretical background combined with small cases!
