Giving feedback and receiving criticism isn’t always easy, both in your professional career and your everyday life. During this workshop, you will learn how to handle criticism and how to provide feedback in a constructive manner.
Team Dynamics
Efficient communication and teamwork are important in almost every company: basic communication skills, proactivity, assertivity, active listening, conflict management, mediation, etc...
During this workshop, you will obtain communicational soft skills that can come in handy when working in a team. On the basis of small case set-ups, you will become familiar with different types of personality types you may encounter during your professional career and how to work together and mediate if necessary.
Behavior Management
Companies guide their employees on different levels, not only on the workplace, but also in their everyday life. Employers can do this very conspicuously (e.g., provide rewards for reaching a predetermined goal), but more often it is done subtly (e.g., create a more ecological footprint by providing more fuel-efficient company cars). The behavior of employees radiates to the company's image and profitability and is thus an important factor in business.

Today, different cultures, politics, economic views, etc. are intertwined. We live in a globalized world with open borders and a lot of expats. Companies have to run their business, taking into account different aspects of their employees personal life.
